Perpres No.14/2007 yang mendasari penyelesaian kasus lumpur Lapindo terbukti melanggar HAM karena mengabaikan hak para korban. Lapindo hanya bertanggung jawab pada 5 desa terdampak, padahal lumpur sudah menggenangi & mengancam 16 desa
